Baywinds is a gated community that features single-family homes, multi-family villas, and coach homes with a variety of floor plans designed to fit any family’s needs. The community was developed between 2000 and 2006. Baywinds has eleven large lakes and several nature areas as well as bountiful amenities for its residents. The Baywinds Community Association contains 1082 units which consist of single family homes, attached villas and condominium units. Each of the 12 neighborhoods within Baywinds has a unique design and set up.
