They even got us a split closing so we could sign the papers at a day which best suited us. We even had snacks during the closing which lasted only about 30 minutes. Awesome! We chose Tricoli because we searched who sold the most homes in our large development. Even though they were 1-2% higher we chose them because we needed to sell our house. They were honest in all the costs associated with a closing and were correct. We ended up clearing more than we thought we would. I cannot adequately Express our thanks for them making the process very easy for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. The current market trend was explained in detail by Ryan along with how the current evaluation was made and what the suggested listing price should be. Not only did he give expert advice, but he also listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the listing. Communication was excellent. My sister and I inherited a condo from our brother and called Tricoli Team. our point of contact was Chase Caccamo. The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The experience w/ the Tricoli team was remarkable. The entire process was professional, well structured, informative, and nothing less than above and beyond. In general, if I had to give a rating from 1-10 I would most certainly give a 15. I would highly recommend them with no reservations. I couldn’t ask for a more capable group to help. I spent 10 months trying to sell my unit on my own with not a lot of success. The photographer did a great job of capturing our home in beautiful light and a comprehensive walkthrough. Liz was reasonable and a wonderful advocate in our process. They have a very strong team and great communication throughout the team- they always were prompt with response and getting all of the necessary documentation done with haste. I would HIGHLY recommend The Tricoli Team, and I will tell you why. My husband and I had our home listed with another agent for six months. They were unsuccessful in selling our home. Unsure of the issues with our agent, but we had 2-3 offers and they all ended up backing out. Also, all offers were below asking price. 4.9 Stars. I would highly recommend the Tricoli Team. When I first listed my townhouse for sale. I interviewed eight realtors. Ryan from the Tricoli Team was my top choice for a while, and then I made a decision to go with another realtor… That was a mistake. The other realtor had my listing for 4 months, and they had maybe five or six showings the entire time. After that listing expired, I called Ryan back and I’m glad that I did it. The Tricoli team did a great job and I can see why they were able to get my house sold. The listing they created was superior, the follow up was always excellent… within the first couple of days in my listing, I had already had more showings then I had had for months with the other realtor and within a month I had a contract for my “happy number”. The only reason that they didn’t get that last 1/10 of a star is because a few members of their team were not always sharing information, and I had to repeat messages a couple of times to multiple people on the team. But otherwise it was an absolutely fantastic experience overall. Very professional very responsive.. and they got the job done

We hired the Tricoli team to help sell our house. How main contact was the agent Brandy Brant who walked us through each of the steps. We were very fortunate because we had four showings on just one day, and the house was sold that particular day.Brandy was always available to answer the phone and answer any questions that we had. The process required many different steps. After we signed the contract we had to make a list of the upgrades. The next step that we took was to have Brandy arrange for the photographer to take pictures of our house. Even though there were minor color corrections, the photographer quickly adjusted these for us. Of course, Brandy was there to negotiate this aspect. The photographs made the house look outstanding!The next step in the process was to set up appointments to have potential buyers come by and see the house in person. Brandy arranged it so that the potential sellers would have a 15 minute period in which to view our house. The appointments were set up back to back which meant that it was not inconvenient. As mentioned before, we were very fortunate to have the house sold on that one day so we did not have any further viewings. Again, Brandy arranged to negotiate a price higher than our list price. Needless to say, that made us very happy.After this came the inspection of the house. This took three hours. He looked at every area. Negotiations followed this step. Fortunately they were only a few items that needed to be corrected. We also tried to sell the furniture that we currently had in the house to the new owners. Unfortunately, they had their own items and didn’t wish to buy anything. We did leave items in the garage such as a ladder, shelving, etc.After the inspection came the walk-through. Brandy arranged to have one of the agents come by and get the key from us so that it was accessible to the new potential owners. This part went fairly smoothly again, thanks to Brandy.Brandy was in tremendous asset in our house sale!

Our house sold quickly but Chase was very flexible in working with our needs and also assisting they Buyer, since the Buyer did not have a buying Agent. The entire Tricoli team was great to work with. Very professional and very responsive. The MLS listing they prepared was fantastic and really did a great job of selling our property. Everything about The Tricoli Team is professional and organized - from the photo shoot of our home to the thorough and efficient title company they suggested. It all worked smoothly. We were provided with plenty of notice for showings and prompt feedback. Someone from the team was always available for questions or concerns. During contract negotiations, Ryan Garcia, did an excellent job - netting us what we had hoped despite a cool down in the market. As an added bonus, they have an office in Georgia as well. I usually don't write reviews or recommendations, but I had to for this company. Jeff and his team were fantastic guiding us through this process. We made an appointment with Liz who explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We hired her on the spot. With having some limitations on showings due to medical reasons, the team was very caring and understanding and worked with our schedule. The photographer took beautiful pictures. Other team members were in constant contact with us, updating us, checking if we had any concerns and to see how we were. It was a great feeling. The house sold in 3 days for more than listing. We were very happy. The team is very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. They make you feel that you're not just a number or a sale. We will be using them for the sale of our other house in the near future

I was selling this Florida home for my family as a trustee from out of state, so I needed a full-service realtor. I originally contacted Jeff on a recommendation from a Florida friend who had worked with Jeff before. Jeff and team were very professional with good communications. Jeff handled the original discussions, signing of the contract, and marketing the home, while Courtney handled much of the actual details during the showings, buyer negotiations, and closing. Jeff was in close contact with Courtney throughout the entire process. The home was well marketed and had more showings than expected, including from out-of-state perspectives. Jeff also helped with recommending contractors for last minute cleanup and repairs, and recommended a title company that worked out well. The end result was very good with competing bids and a sale at more than asking price. Problems were minimal and issues were addressed quickly. I would definitely use Jeff and team again.
