Hike at Halpatiokee

Join us for a moderate paced hike at Halpatiokee (Seminole for Alligator Waters) Regional Park in Stuart, Fl. We’ll hike about 5 miles at a moderate pace and finish sometime around noon.

**Directions:** Take I-95 to Exit 101 (Rt. 76 AKA Kanners Hwy, heading towards Stuart). Then make a right at Lost River Road (1st traffic light, just after Wendy’s and Sunoco gas station). Take Lost River Road (approx. 1 mile) to Park entrance on left side. Make left into park then take first right turn after entering traffic circle. Drive past Tennis Cts. to end of parking area. Restrooms are by the parking area.

If you are unfamiliar with the area leave home a little earlier. Restrooms are on the premises. Be sure you bring adequate water or equivalent. Morry and Sharon (pictured above) will be assisting as previously.
