Ride to Shrimper’s in Port Salerno

Let’s have a nice lunch ride on backroads to Shrimper’s Grill and Raw Bar. It is right on the water, and the food and service are great! We’ll meet at the Dunkin Donuts in Loxahatchee and mosey our way up to Port Salerno. Ride time is about 1:15h, so we’re not going to stop on the way. Planning to get to the restaurant by 11:30am.

Meet at 9:30, Ride meeting at 9:50, KSU at 10am. It’s going to be hot, so we’ll do this quickly and be out on time.

Coming home we’ll ride on A1A a bit, then hop on the highway at Juno most likely.

Tips for riding in the heat: A jacket or long sleeve shirt keeps the sun off of you, it is not “hotter”, and will save you from sunburns and skin cancer. If you are feeling dizzy or sick from the heat, don’t be a warrior – let someone know right away, and we’ll stop for some shade and a cold drink.
