2nd Saturday Trail Maintenance

Okay, we are not going to actually work at Publix! We will just meet here in this parking lot. Then drive up on the C18 access road to work in the Loxahatchee Slough. We will clip and maybe some blazing. It shouldn’t be a long day and we should be done before noon

We will be leaving the parking lot at 8 so don’t be late or you will miss us. Also we will be driving through locked gates so plan to stay until the group is finished as you won’t be able to get out as the gates are locked after we drive in.

Things have been drying up but it is still possible you might get your feet wet in the slough. Wear closed toe shoes, long pants, long sleeve shirt, and gloves. If you have a clipping tool bring it but we have some extra tools and gloves if you don’t. As always bring plenty to drink and a snack.
