Hiking the Camino de Santiago

This event is presented by the Florida Trail Association, Loxahatchee Chapter and is held at REI Palm Beach Gardens. **It requires signup on the REI site site, NOT on MeetUp.**

DESCRIPTION: The objective is to share what it takes to plan a trip to The Camino de Santiago. Instructor to share photos and personal experience. The instructor for this session, representing the Florida Trail Association, is Rick Zinter, who has approximately 2500 miles of backpacking experience on the Florida Trail, Appalachian Trail, Mountain To Sea Trail and Camino de Santiago. Special guest presenter Silvia Bahamondes (yes, my wife will be there !!). Please bring paper and pen/pencil for any notes you would like to take.
