Holistic Life Coaching Private Phone session

Holistic Life Coaching with Pearl is for if you want to improve your life, move forward in your personal development, and start to achieve your goals. In this call, we will look at your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, to identify where the problems are and create a plan to help you move forward. All parts of our life are connected and when one part of our life is not working well, we often need to also address another part of our life to get things moving.

Sessions are customized to fit individual needs. In sessions, Pearl has helped clients improve relationships, manage stress, overcome limiting beliefs, and start to recover from difficult past experiences, to give just a few examples. Pearl may suggest tools to help with difficult emotions such as sadness or anxiety if that is what is needed or focus on making gradual, manageable changesr.

Doing personal development work alone can feel like climbing a mountain! We all need help at times.

Pearl’s extensive background and training in Energy Healing, Spiritual Awakening, Meditation, and Coaching have given her unique skills. She has devoted well over 35 years to helping people.
