Park at the SW corner of Ocean Ave and A1A in Lantana (Manalapan). Park at own risk. Alternate pay parking at Lantana Beach.

Start at Plaza del Mar parking lot running North.

Lake Worth Bridge has great hill work if you like.

Run from 2 to 8 miles

Breakfast afterwards at the Dune Deck (CASH ONLY)!
