Ocean-to-Lake Florida Trail and Beyond BZ Creek

About 5.5 miles. This hike will be a part of our usual adventure- very interesting and scenic and will take us on the OTLHT (Ocean-to-Lake, Florida Trail) going north starting at Riverbend Park and beyond BZ Creek. Under and parallel to I-95 there is a very unique and beautiful Cypress dome unseen from the highway. We’ll reach the dome, view the scenery and return to our cars. I recommend bug spray. Some areas on the trail could be slightly muddy so be prepared. The pace will be moderate, not fast and not too slow. A hiking pole or two is recommended and do not forget hydration- take at least a few water bottles of water or equivalent. Guests are welcome. No pets.

Directions: Meet 8:30 a.m. at Riverbend Park, 9060 Indiantown Rd., Jupiter, FL 33478. Meet at the restrooms.
