Wind speed development based on topographic effects for Puerto Rico.
Michael Riemer, P.E.
Mr. Riemer has over 10 years of experience in structural engineering. Mr. Riemer has designed structures across the US ranging in size and scope. He has had extensive experience in wind and seismic design principals. Recently, Mr. Riemers experience dealt with forensics engineering and litigation support. Mr. Riemers recent return to Atkins has allowed him to be involved in Code development support for the Puerto Rico building code. He is set to be the Deputy Task Manager for the Micro-Zoning effort in Puerto Rico in conjunction with University of Florida and the ARA.
