⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Absolutely Amazing Experience!
I cannot say enough great things about The Tricoli Team at Keller Williams Realty, especially Mark!
We had a home in Loxahatchee that other realtors simply could not sell. After struggling to get the job done, we turned to the Tricoli Team, and they made what seemed impossible POSSIBLE!
Mark went above and beyond every step of the way. He truly moved mountains to get our house sold! His dedication, persistence, professionalism, and willingness to do whatever it took were unlike anything we had experienced with other realtors.
Mark didn't just list our home and hope for the best. He took ownership of the process, tackled every obstacle, and made sure things got done. When challenges came up, he found solutions instead of excuses.
If you have a home that isn't selling, STOP wasting your time and call the Tricoli Team! They accomplished what others couldn't, and we couldn't be more grateful.
Thank you, Mark, for your hard work, determination, and for never giving up on getting our home sold. You truly went above and beyond, and we HIGHLY recommend you and your entire team!

I am incredibly grateful to Tricoli real estate team, especially Neil and Jeff for their help and guidance throughout the sale of my home through a short sale. The process was unfamiliar and, at times, stressful, but they made me feel supported and confident every step of the way. Navigating such an important financial and personal transition on my own was not easy, and having professionals I could trust made all the difference.
Neil and Jeff were exceptionally helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional from beginning to end. They took the time to explain the process, answer my many questions, and keep me informed along the way. I never felt like I was facing the process alone or that my concerns were being overlooked.
I highly recommend Tricoli Team Real Estate to anyone looking for honest, compassionate, and dedicated real estate professionals. Their expertise and genuine commitment to helping their clients truly stood out. I am very thankful for everything they did to help me successfully navigate this experience.

The Tricoli Team (Keller-Williams) helped me sell my mom's condo in Boynton Beach. I'm out of state, so it was important to have close feedback and clear communication. The team was always available to answer my questions and very communicative, and we had great foot traffic leading to the sale of my mom's home.

We were very happy with the professionalism and the constant communication from the Tricoli team. We previously listed our home with another broker and did not get many showings. When we listed it with Ryan, he guided us in both cosmetic fixes to the home as well as the proper price point for the sale. The pictures taken of the home as well as the AI staging showed our home in the best light. As a result, the home was sold in a reasonable period of time at a fair price. I would use the group again in a second and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a really good experience working with the Jeff Tricoli Team to sell my house. Everyone I dealt with was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Whenever I had a question, someone got back to me quickly and explained things clearly, so I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on.
The buyer was a little difficult at times, but the team handled everything professionally and kept the process moving. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel pretty simple and straightforward, which I really appreciated.
Communication was also great after the sale was finished. They stayed in touch, followed up, and were still available when I had questions even after closing. That stood out to me because a lot of companies tend to disappear once everything is done.
Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend the Jeff Tricoli Team to anyone looking to sell their home.

The Tricoli Team is hands down one of the most amazing realty groups, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone navigating the real estate market today. From start to finish, Chase and his dedicated team went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free. They were remarkably attentive to every detail, consistently prompt with helpful updates, and always available to answer any questions that came up along the way. Buying or selling property can easily feel overwhelming, but working with a team that combines genuine care with unmatched professionalism made all the difference. To top it all off, Jeff Tricoli personally checked in to see how things went, which tied a nice, pretty bow onto what was already an incredible gift of an experience. If you want true peace of mind, expert guidance, and stellar results, look no further than this fantastic realty group!

Buying and selling a home at the same time can be complicated and stressful, but the Tricoli Team made the entire process feel organized, informed, and manageable from start to finish.
Our family had the pleasure of working with Chase as our seller’s agent and Jelena as our buyer’s agent, along with the entire in-office team at Tricoli. Every person we interacted with was professional, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in helping us through the process.
They made themselves available around our schedule, answered questions whenever we needed clarification, and negotiated strongly on our behalf to make sure we got the best possible outcome on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. The photography for our home was also absolutely beautiful and made a huge difference in presenting the property.
On the buying side, Jelena was incredibly patient and understanding. She took the time to help us find a home that truly felt like the right fit for our family and, most importantly, never pressured us into something that didn’t feel right. She gave us the patience and space we needed to make the right decision for our next chapter.
On the selling side, Chase was quick, knowledgeable, and proactive, always making sure we had the right protections in place while working to get us the full value of our home.
What stood out most was how well the entire Tricoli team communicated with one another. Our buying and selling agents were completely in sync, and the in-office team kept us informed about showings, updates, and everything happening throughout the process through both written and verbal communication. We never felt like we were left wondering what was going on.
And as an added bonus, the complimentary moving truck provided through Tricoli was incredibly valuable during an already hectic move and was something we genuinely appreciated.
Thank you to Chase, Jelena, and the entire Tricoli Team. We are incredibly grateful for the way you helped our family through such a major transition, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I want to express my gratitude to our realtor, Jelena, for her professionalism, dedication, and customer service.
From the very beginning to the closing of our home purchase, Jelena was incredibly attentive, patient, and responsive. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, always kept us informed, and provided advice throughout the entire process.
What impressed us most was her honesty, responsibility, and care for her clients. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Jelena was always available when we needed her and went above and beyond to help us find the home.
We would also like to thank Jeff Tricoli and his brokerage team for their professionalism and support.
We highly recommend Jelena to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring realtor. We would gladly work with her again in the future.
Thank you, Jelena, for an outstanding job!

My husband was very impressed with the Tricoli Team… I had never been to the Boynton Beach area having moved to Naples for many years . When I chose to move over to the East Coast. I contacted the team immediately. Immediately I was aligned with a terrific realtor… She listened carefully as she knew I had a brief window of time. I wanted a golf community and a very active social life… On the very first day that we went out to look at four properties… I knew I was with the right realtor simply because she had LISTENED to my needs! I personally have been a Realtor since 1984. I knew what I was looking for within four days time I was on contract and pursuing the perfect house. My Realtor worked tirelessly each day… Made all the right contacts and my contract was firmed up within one week! That’s professionalism and integrity… I could not have asked for a better realtor or firm to work with.

We’re beyond happy we made the decision to work with the Tricoli Team—it truly made all the difference. From day one, Chase came in with honest, realistic expectations about the market, which we really appreciated. No sugar-coating, just straight-up advice we could trust. What really stood out was how hard he fought for us until the very end. We hit a few bumps along the way, but he never backed down. Anytime an issue came up, Chase was quick to jump in, figure out a solution, and keep things moving forward. He was always available to answer our questions, explain the details, and keep us informed every step of the way. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, we were able to sell our home in a really short amount of time. We truly felt supported throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to get results, this is the team you want on your side! Thanks Tricoli

Working with the Jeff Tricoli team to purchase our very first home was the best choice we could have made! Our agent, Brielle, was incredible! She was extremely knowledge, personable, kind and SO helpful! As first time homebuyers, the process was nerve wracking at times, but we always had all our questions answered and felt very confident in all of our decisions. We have officially been in our new home for a week and truly couldn’t be happier. We found exactly what we wanted for exactly the right price! Our agent was able to negotiate for us and our property appraised for over $25,000 more than what we purchased it for! We couldn’t recommend the entire Tricoli team enough and will definitely continue to recommend them to friends and family, and use them on the purchase of our next home, a very long time from now! Thanks, Tricoli Team!

Working with the Tricoli team was an amazing experience! Our agent, Brielle, helped us so much during the home buying process. She was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. As first time home buyers, having a team we could trust get us through this process was everything! Beyond our search for a home, when we finally found the one, the Tricoli team was extremely helpful in getting everything completed during our very quick closing window. We never felt unsure or unsupported in this process. Most importantly, we couldn't be happier with the home we found and the price we got it for! Our agent did great negotiating and we purchased our property at $25,000 under the appraisal value. This feels so great stepping into our first home! I couldn't recommend the Tricoli team more, to all of our family and friends, and will keep them in mind for all our future endeavors!

I am overall very happy with having the Tricoli Team Real Estate-Keller Williams Realty. I was happy with everyone on the team especially with Chase, Brielle, Virgil, and Neil. There were a few mishaps along the way as far as communication was concerned but overall did an awesome job. Will definitely want to use them again for all my real estate needs. Thank you!!!

I give many thanks to Chase, Neil, and the rest of the Tricoli team for handling the sale of my condo. Their feedback on my condo and what to do prior to photographs being taken was very helpful. I also appreciated being listened to when it came to how I felt about the place that was my home for many years, the work that was put into it, and the sale of it. The listing looked wonderful with the great pictures and informative description.
The sale ended up being quick and easy, despite the setbacks from the buyers side. The Tricoli team kept me informed and answered all my questions throughout the process. I knew all of the deadlines, what to expect at each step, and what we were waiting on from the buyers side at all times. It was only two months from the listing going live to the closing of the sale. Great work from all of the team!

Chase Caccamo was wonderful from start to finish. He would check in even when the probate process seemed to be at a standstill. Chase knew that it would take 9-10 months before the court would give the order to sell the house, yet he waited patiently and was supportive throughout the journey. During this time Chase would keep InTouch, he would check in with us and would help us prepare for the pending house sale in a professional way. He would keep us up to date on the housing market trend and he would reassure us with optimism. Also, I especially want to thank Neil who lent a listening ear, he was very supportive and encouraging when I was stressed. Neil would respond when Chase was not available. I also want to thank the Jeff Tricoli team who were working behind the scenes to provide a satisfactory outcome.

My sister and I inherited a condo from our brother and called Tricoli Team. our point of contact was Chase Caccamo. The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.

From choosing Tricoli for its high ratings my experience with them exceeded my expectations. From my initial meeting with Chase to sign the listing agreement to a complete marketing strategy I knew the property was well marketed. I received a full price offer within weeks. Once sold , the Tricoli “transaction” team went to work to assure a smooth closing. I was referred by Tricoli to a title company who was excellent in processing the close of the sale. From my experience, this was not just a sales realtor but it was entire team to assure the transaction. From my experience, I highly recommend them. 5 Stars.

I recommend the Tricoli team if you want your home to sell and have everything taken care of professionally and in a timely manner . Liz even got us to stay in our home 2 weeks after close . Thanks Tricoli Team!

The experience w/ the Tricoli team was remarkable. The entire process was professional, well structured, informative, and nothing less than above and beyond. In general, if I had to give a rating from 1-10 I would most certainly give a 15. I would highly recommend them with no reservations. I couldn’t ask for a more capable group to help. I spent 10 months trying to sell my unit on my own with not a lot of success. When I got in touch with the Tricoli team within a month and a half they found the right buyer and were able to help me move on with a unit I was having a rough time selling because of how difficult the market has become. From beginning to end the entire process was carefully explained and the team made themselves available anytime I had a question or concern. Also, weekly they were in constant communication with me to let me know of potential buyers and/ or the route we were taking to try to get the property sold. I particularly, enjoyed the teams attention to detail and Chase’s commitment to having everything done.

I absolutely loved working with the Tricoli Team during my home-buying journey! From the very beginning to the end, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. My realtor, Chris, was truly fantastic when it came to communication. He made sure to check in frequently and explained everything in a clear and concise manner, ensuring I never had any lingering questions, especially during the moments when we were waiting on other parties. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the process, providing valuable insights and guidance at each step. Behind the scenes, the rest of his team worked diligently to make sure everything stayed on track with no delays in closing. They clearly had a well-organized system in place. The Tricoli team is wonderful! Living in Tampa, I needed reliable real estate professionals to handle the sale of my Lake Worth home of 25 years. The Tricoli team provided me with real time updates during the process and it was seamless. They sold my home quickly. I did not need to be present for any of it. They do a great service, and I highly recommend them to all of you.

Jeff was immediately responsive to my request to sell my land. As a first time and remote seller, I was dependent on a team that could communicate well. Jeff's team members Ryan and Neil provided me with guidance, immediately providing responses via email, text and phone calls. They identified a good price point, provided excellent reasons, and guided me through a quick and painless sales. The paperwork for this property was not the most straight forward, but they provided quick and efficient guidance to me through the process. I highly recommend working with the Tricoli team.

I had a great experience with the Tricoli team as a whole. Liz was my realtor in the sale of our home. I loved the suggestions they made throughout the process. The photographer did a great job of capturing our home in beautiful light and a comprehensive walkthrough. Liz was reasonable and a wonderful advocate in our process. They have a very strong team and great communication throughout the team- they always were prompt with response and getting all of the necessary documentation done with haste. I definitely feel that their professionalism and skillset contributed to our house selling quickly. I am thankful for their help.

I would HIGHLY recommend The Tricoli Team, and I will tell you why. My husband and I had our home listed with another agent for six months. They were unsuccessful in selling our home. Unsure of the issues with our agent, but we had 2-3 offers and they all ended up backing out. Also, all offers were below asking price. Needless to say, we were extremely discouraged, frustrated and needed to sell asap. I searched the top 5 listing agents in south Florida and found the Tricoli team. Our agent, Liz, promptly returned our phone call. We instantly knew that she would be the one to sell our home. She was clear, courteous, informative and an absolute professional. She made the whole process very easy for us. Our home was not even listed for a full 24 hours before we received an offer. 5k over asking price…we were amazed! Each and every milestone from offer to closing was seamless. Closed in 3 weeks. Liz and the Tricoli team far exceeded our expectations! We are forever grateful.

Tricoli group is excellent. Everything is done seamlessly and our agent was the consummate professional. He came prepared with comparable units in our area and a listing package which he explained in detail. He came up with the correct listing price to get it sold quickly. We listed on a Friday and had 3 showings over the weekend. On Monday we had 2 full price offers. He and his team were with us every step of the way. We’ve sold several homes and Tricoli Group is the most comprehensive and professional real estate company we’ve ever dealt with. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Wow! This was an amazingly seamless experience from start to finish. The Tricoli Team is the most impressive team of talented individuals we’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. The communication between the team and their clients is absolutely incredible. We met Chase our representative in the next evening after contacting them. Alyson the photographer had to actually wait for us to organize the house for the photos. And then Boom! The house was sold for our asking price. If you’re looking to buy or sell this the team you want working for you.

We performed some research prior to choosing a Real estate agency and saw the very good reviews of the Tricoli Team of Keller Williams Realty so we decided to go with them for the sale of our townhouse in Florida. Now that our townhouse is successfully sold, we can join the other satisfied clients who wrote a positive review about the Tricoli Team at Keller Williams Realty.
Our total selling experience with the Tricoli Team was completely positive. During our initial meeting, our representative, Chase, was prompt, polite and thorough in his explanation of our upcoming sales experience. Through an effective combination of verbal communication and visual aids shown to us on his tablet, we received a complete understanding of the steps to come for the sale of our townhouse.
Once our townhouse was listed, we received current updates from the Tricoli Team as to comments and questions from the many potential buyers who came to see our home. Once we received an attractive offer, our selling experience progressed smoothly with Chase giving us timely periodic updates about the progress.
The entire Tricoli Team was great!

We listed our property with the Tricoli Team / Keller Williams Realty with Liz Bell being our listing agent. Within two days we had a cash offer. Within another two days we had an agreed offer accepted by the buyer and the seller.
With this offer they accepted our closing date of our choice that we requested.
We couldn’t be happier, everything went so smoothly and efficiently. Liz was great, she communicated all the way through till the closing.
After the closing we got a phone call from the broker / owner Jeff Tricoli making sure we were completely satisfied and taking care of. ( Who ever does that )
Liz recommended Harbour Land Title who gave us such great service as well.
I would highly recommend this company to whoever is thinking of buying or selling a property or a home.
This transaction went effortless for us as the sellers. Thank you to Liz and the Tricoli team for such great service - you guys are awesome!!

If I were to recommend a realtor in the highest possible way, with complete confidence, it would most certainly be the Tricoli Team! I interviewed a number of realtors before meeting with Ryan Garcia from Tricoli. Selling one’s home is a big financial step. From the first moment I met with Ryan Garcia, his professionalism and expertise far surpassed my expectations. I hired him on the spot. Throughout the entire process, the entire team at Tricoli kept me posted and excelled at communicating with me. They were the most responsive of all professionals I have ever worked with, in any field. Ryan Garcia navigated the sale of my house in a way that I believe served me very well. Jeff Tricoli himself followed up with me after closing and it is clearly evident that he runs a very successful real estate company! 5 stars and then some!!

I cannot recommend The Tricoli Team enough! With our agent, Ryan’s experience and knowledge we knew we were in good hands from the get-go. He gave us great suggestions to prepare our home for sale, and always took into consideration our needs and time constraints as a family with young children. The images taken of our home totally exceeded our expectations, and captured the beauty and warmth that we had always felt while living there for many years. Ryan, Brandi, and the rest of The Tricoli team were very communicative, giving us frequent updates, and promptly responding to any of our questions or concerns. Their effort and dedication to selling our home remained constant the whole way through. Unlike previous realtors that we have worked with in the past, the door to The Tricoli Team stayed wide open following closing. Ryan and Brandi called to check up on us multiple times to see if there was anything they could help us with as we settled into our new home. Working with The Tricoli Team during one of the most crucial times in our lives was a positive experience, and one of the best decisions we could have made in this entire process.

Chase Caccamo and the entire Tricoli Team was nothing but impressive from start to finish. Starting with the initial Visit and Market analysis for your home to the professional photos and video. This team has a plan for success if you are thinking about selling your home. They kept my wife and myself informed of every change and aspect fo the selling process from beginning to end. With this team we were able to go to market in a high interest rate environment and still sell our house within the first weekend of listing and sold for 5K above asking with a multiple offer situation. Again Thank you Jeff and the entire Tricoli team. you made our move so much easier and stress free.

Sellers, if you are looking for a realtor who delivers, hands down, that's Liz from the Tricoli team. She’s very professional, hardworking, fierce, trustworthy and will not let you down. I was impressed how spot on she was with pricing my house. Her knowledge of the local market trend was invaluable. She’s well versed in the field, realistic, passionate about what she does and confident with good negotiation skills. We went with the Tricoli team solely based on all the good reviews. We got to see them in action and they really are worth every single good review they got.
I wanted someone who would well represent my beautiful house and property and Liz was exactly that person. I couldn't have wished for anyone better. She made us feel our needs are first priority. We had an excellent experience working with Chris DuBois of the Tricoli Team - Keller Williams. Chris worked tirelessly to learn our specific needs for a south Florida condo and sent us listings to review that fit those needs. He had the added challenge of working with us remotely as we were in Rhode Island throughout the property search. When we did the actual condo visits in Florida, Chris planned a full day with us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we visited as well as information about condo ownership. He truly made our condo purchase easy and enjoyable and we felt confident in Chris’ ability to get us through the process. We strongly recommend the Tricoli Team.

This is my second transaction with the Tricoli Team and I couldn't be happier. My first experience was in 2019 as a first time home buyer and in 2023 I used them them sell my home post-divorce.
Liz was my agent and I felt VERY confident in her expertise and guidance along the way. Even when we ran into snags along the way, such as a roofing permit issue, she was able to quickly advise and guide us through the process to fix the problem. I am so thankful for her skillset because my municipal had given me incorrect information that could have led to a 6 MONTH delay, had I not ran the advise past Liz and the Tricoli team first.
Liz was professional, assertive when needed, but also very calming and I hope to use her in the future when I am ready to buy again.

4.9 Stars. I would highly recommend the Tricoli Team. When I first listed my townhouse for sale. I interviewed eight realtors. Ryan from the Tricoli Team was my top choice for a while, and then I made a decision to go with another realtor… That was a mistake. The other realtor had my listing for 4 months, and they had maybe five or six showings the entire time. After that listing expired, I called Ryan back and I’m glad that I did it. The Tricoli team did a great job and I can see why they were able to get my house sold. The listing they created was superior, the follow up was always excellent… within the first couple of days in my listing, I had already had more showings then I had had for months with the other realtor and within a month I had a contract for my “happy number”. The only reason that they didn’t get that last 1/10 of a star is because a few members of their team were not always sharing information, and I had to repeat messages a couple of times to multiple people on the team. But otherwise it was an absolutely fantastic experience overall. Very professional very responsive.. and they got the job done

Being from out of town we did not know who to work with on selling a member of our family house who passed away. We decided on using the Tricoli team because of their many positive reviews. From the beginning of the process to the end they were instrumental in helping us with seven projects we needed to have done to the property. Each and every member of the team helped us in every aspect of selling the house. “Neil “ was simply outstanding. Without his involvement I do not think we would have met our goal. A great team member is hard to find! I do not think that there is a better Real Estate company is out there. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone else who is interested in selling a property. We listed on a Friday and was in contact by the following week! Closing was outstanding, smooth and without incident. You can only imagine my relief, now that it’s over. I can’t recommend them any higher or I would. If you need a realtor, do yourself a favor and check out this company!

We hired the Tricoli team to help sell our house. How main contact was the agent Brandy Brant who walked us through each of the steps. We were very fortunate because we had four showings on just one day, and the house was sold that particular day.
Brandy was always available to answer the phone and answer any questions that we had. The process required many different steps. After we signed the contract we had to make a list of the upgrades. The next step that we took was to have Brandy arrange for the photographer to take pictures of our house. Even though there were minor color corrections, the photographer quickly adjusted these for us. Of course, Brandy was there to negotiate this aspect. The photographs made the house look outstanding!
The next step in the process was to set up appointments to have potential buyers come by and see the house in person. Brandy arranged it so that the potential sellers would have a 15 minute period in which to view our house. The appointments were set up back to back which meant that it was not inconvenient. As mentioned before, we were very fortunate to have the house sold on that one day so we did not have any further viewings. Again, Brandy arranged to negotiate a price higher than our list price. Needless to say, that made us very happy.
After this came the inspection of the house. This took three hours. He looked at every area. Negotiations followed this step. Fortunately they were only a few items that needed to be corrected. We also tried to sell the furniture that we currently had in the house to the new owners. Unfortunately, they had their own items and didn’t wish to buy anything. We did leave items in the garage such as a ladder, shelving, etc.
After the inspection came the walk-through. Brandy arranged to have one of the agents come by and get the key from us so that it was accessible to the new potential owners. This part went fairly smoothly again, thanks to Brandy.
Brandy was in tremendous asset in our house sale!

Finding the right realtor when I decided to sell my Villa which I owned for over thirty years, was not an easy decision. I spoke with many local realtor but I did not feel comfortable with them because they didn’t want to list the property at the price that I wanted. I spoke with Jeff Tricoli from Keller Williams Realty and immediately I knew he would be the one to sell my property. The very first day that we listed the property, we got ten appointments to show. The second day we had multiple offers and accepted one that was ten thousand over asking. Jeff and Chase made the entire process very easy and I just wanted to let them know that I am very grateful for their professionalism and for getting me the best price for my house.
Sincerely,

The scheduling system they use for showings was user friendly and very convenient. I was concerned helping sell my grandmothers home from so far away would be a difficult task but they made it a breeze. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. Excellent communication via email, phone calls and text due to my hectic schedule. I got to work with several members of the team through each step of the way and they were all so pleasant and informative. Chase even made it possible for my grandmother to move out prior to closing. That helped tremendously with her transition and allowing me to be present for the closing as well. The entire team was so accommodating and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I had a great experience with the Tricoli Team and I'm happy to recommend them! In the beginning of the selling process, they met with us and walked us through what to expect, which, at times, gave me some anxiety, since we weren't local. After the closing, they reached out to review what went well, and inquired whether there were any opportunities to improve their process.
The team kept the lines of communication open, so we were informed about what was happening at each stage. Even when outside factors caused parts of the process not to go according to my plan, they set realistic expectations and helped guide us through what typically happens in similar situations.
Ryan Garcia and his entire team of associates were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Massive thanks to Brandi Brandt, who is not only an excellent communicator, but compassionate and kind. We are grateful to the entire Tricoli Team for their support with the entire selling process!

Our agent Chase was great to work with. He was well prepared when we initially met to set the price and had a good sense of the local market. Our house sold quickly but Chase was very flexible in working with our needs and also assisting they Buyer, since the Buyer did not have a buying Agent. The entire Tricoli team was great to work with. Very professional and very responsive. The MLS listing they prepared was fantastic and really did a great job of selling our property. If I was buying or selling in Florida again I would definitely use Jeff's agency again. I would highly recommend the Jeff Tricoli Team.

Everything about The Tricoli Team is professional and organized - from the photo shoot of our home to the thorough and efficient title company they suggested. It all worked smoothly. We were provided with plenty of notice for showings and prompt feedback. Someone from the team was always available for questions or concerns. During contract negotiations, Ryan Garcia, did an excellent job - netting us what we had hoped despite a cool down in the market. As an added bonus, they have an office in Georgia as well. Since we were moving to that area, we decided to give them a try, which worked out great. We are pleased to recommend the Tricoli Team and will definitely use them again should we return to Florida.

Ryan and the Tricoli Team got my Jupiter home under contract in a matter of a couple of days! My husband and I recently sold our home in North Palm Beach Heights and I could not be happier with the outcome. The process was incredibly smooth and stress free. The entire team was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. They truly have their clients best interests in mind and work hard to get the deal done while making their client the most money possible. Their negotiation skills are incredible! Our home was marketed on multiple websites and in multiple mailers. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. Thank you again for getting this deal done for us! I will definitely recommend anyone I know to use the Tricoli Team for any of their real estate needs.

Team Tricoli did a fantastic job in helping me sell my house. They created a great marketing plan with photos advertised on many sites. Liz Bell got my home online and 4 great offers in a couple of days. A signed contract was made in 5 days for a great price. She smoothly worked through some minor hiccups that led to closing in a month. I was led by the hand through the process and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Liz and thank you Team Tricoli.

The Tricoli Team did an awesome job selling my home! Liz Bell and Chase Caccamo were attentive, communicative, and supportive. This was literally the easiest and fastest sale I have ever been involved with. I wouldn’t change a thing. It was very impressive that the broker, Jeff Tricoli, personally called me after the sale was completed just to make sure I was satisfied with the service his team provided. Excellent service! If you are selling your home, do yourself a favor and call the Tricoli Team!

Liz and the Tricoli Team were amazing! I am a Canadian, selling my property in Florida. Thanks to them, I was able to sell my property very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I know they had to do extra tasks to accomplish this since I was remote, but the entire process went very smoothly. They helped guide me through the sale and made it as stress-free as possible. Many, many thanks to all of them!

I usually don't write reviews or recommendations, but I had to for this company. Jeff and his team were fantastic guiding us through this process. We made an appointment with Liz who explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We hired her on the spot. With having some limitations on showings due to medical reasons, the team was very caring and understanding and worked with our schedule. The photographer took beautiful pictures. Other team members were in constant contact with us, updating us, checking if we had any concerns and to see how we were. It was a great feeling. The house sold in 3 days for more than listing. We were very happy. The team is very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. They make you feel that you're not just a number or a sale. We will be using them for the sale of our other house in the near future

From start to finish we had a seamless and stress free home selling experience. Liz was fantastic. She treated us like a friend and gave us all the advice and guidance we would need to get our home sold quickly. After only 3 days on the market we accepted a stellar offer and could not be more happy. We felt we were in good hands the entire time and I would definitely use not only Liz but anyone from the Tricoli team again. Highly recommend!

We had the exceptional pleasure of working with our and Allison from the Tricoli team. Mr. Allison was always professional and guided us professionally throughout the process of selling our dad’s condo. The communication was important to us since we live in New Jersey and the property is in Florida. Mr. Allison was always accessible even returning a phone call on a Saturday night while he was out to dinner. We were kept updated weekly and everything was effortless. One would be fortunate to work with this team especially Mr. Allison.

When we met with Jeff to list our house, we knew he was going to be the right agent for us. He listened and didn’t try to get us to list the house for a lower price. We can’t say enough great things about the whole process. Jeff and his team were prompt, communicative, and made the entire process worry free. Not only did he help sell our house, he helped us buy our new home! Couldn’t recommend another realtor more. You can’t go wrong if you go with Jeff and the Tricoli team!

If you’re looking for a truly professional team to sell your home I highly recommend Jeff Tricoli. Jeff’s total understanding of our neighborhood and the local market made all the difference. We sold our home quickly and without interruption of our daily lives. Jeff’s wife Hilda was always available whenever I had a question and was extremely knowledgeable. I also can’t say enough about the negotiating skills of Courtney. When our buyers tried to whittle down the price, Courtney stepped in and spoke courteously on our behalf and explained why we were unable and unwilling to lower the price. She was a true professional.

I was selling this Florida home for my family as a trustee from out of state, so I needed a full-service realtor. I originally contacted Jeff on a recommendation from a Florida friend who had worked with Jeff before. Jeff and team were very professional with good communications. Jeff handled the original discussions, signing of the contract, and marketing the home, while Courtney handled much of the actual details during the showings, buyer negotiations, and closing. Jeff was in close contact with Courtney throughout the entire process. The home was well marketed and had more showings than expected, including from out-of-state perspectives. Jeff also helped with recommending contractors for last minute cleanup and repairs, and recommended a title company that worked out well. The end result was very good with competing bids and a sale at more than asking price. Problems were minimal and issues were addressed quickly. I would definitely use Jeff and team again.

My husband and I are so pleased with the service we received from Jeff Tricoli and his team. They are very knowledgeable of how to sell a home and their marketing strategies are phenomenal. Within a few days of listing our home showings were scheduled. By the 14th day we received an offer. His team kept me updated every step of the way. We would definitely hire them again and again.

Jeff and his team are first class. They know how to market homes effectively and get the best results for the seller. We received two offers within two weeks of listing the home, accepting an offer just above our original list price. His associate Ryan Garcia was great in guiding us through the process and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.

The Tricoli team is very efficient and responsive. They helped me purchase a home for my mother in Riverwalk and made the process go smoothly. Tony was available 24/7 to answer my emails and didn't hesitate to work on weekends to get the job done. If you are looking to buy a home in Palm Beach, I would highly recommend using them.
