I am overall very happy with having the Tricoli Team Real Estate-Keller Williams Realty. I was happy with everyone on the team especially with Chase, Brielle, Virgil, and Neil. These people worked especially very hard to get me my necessary answers to my questions and to get my old house on the market fast. They were able to get my old house sold relatively within a short time so I was able to move on to find a new house quickly. I give many thanks to Chase, Neil, and the rest of the Tricoli team for handling the sale of my condo. Their feedback on my condo and what to do prior to photographs being taken was very helpful. I also appreciated being listened to when it came to how I felt about the place that was my home for many years, the work that was put into it, and the sale of it. The listing looked wonderful with the great pictures and informative description.
The sale ended up being quick and easy, despite the setbacks from the buyers side. The Tricoli team kept me informed and answered all my questions throughout the process. I knew all of the deadlines, what to expect at each step, and what we were waiting on from the buyers side at all times. It was only two months from the listing going live to the closing of the sale. Chase Caccamo was wonderful from start to finish. He would check in even when the probate process seemed to be at a standstill. Chase knew that it would take 9-10 months before the court would give the order to sell the house, yet he waited patiently and was supportive throughout the journey. During this time Chase would keep InTouch, he would check in with us and would help us prepare for the pending house sale in a professional way. He would keep us up to date on the housing market trend and he would reassure us with optimism. From start to finish the listing process was exceptional. The current market trend was explained in detail by Ryan along with how the current evaluation was made and what the suggested listing price should be. Not only did he give expert advice, but he also listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the listing. Communication was excellent. We received a weekly activity report call from Neil and were invited to ask any questions. Ryan was always only a call or text away. I can't express how impressed I was with the communication! As the market shifted, Ryan was always presenting new options. During the closing, Juhn was in constant communication, making sure all of the documents were accurate and complete. My sister and I inherited a condo from our brother and called Tricoli Team. our point of contact was Chase Caccamo. The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.

The experience w/ the Tricoli team was remarkable. The entire process was professional, well structured, informative, and nothing less than above and beyond. In general, if I had to give a rating from 1-10 I would most certainly give a 15. I would highly recommend them with no reservations. I couldn’t ask for a more capable group to help. I spent 10 months trying to sell my unit on my own with not a lot of success. When I got in touch with the Tricoli team within a month and a half they found the right buyer and were able to help me move on with a unit I was having a rough time selling because of how difficult the market has become. From beginning to end the entire process was carefully explained and the team made themselves available anytime I had a question or concern. Also, weekly they were in constant communication with me to let me know of potential buyers and/ or the route we were taking to try to get the property sold. I particularly, enjoyed the teams attention to detail and Chase’s commitment to having everything done.

I would HIGHLY recommend The Tricoli Team, and I will tell you why. My husband and I had our home listed with another agent for six months. They were unsuccessful in selling our home. Unsure of the issues with our agent, but we had 2-3 offers and they all ended up backing out. Also, all offers were below asking price. Needless to say, we were extremely discouraged, frustrated and needed to sell asap. I searched the top 5 listing agents in south Florida and found the Tricoli team. Our agent, Liz, promptly returned our phone call. We instantly knew that she would be the one to sell our home. She was clear, courteous, informative and an absolute professional. Tricoli group is excellent. Everything is done seamlessly and our agent was the consummate professional. He came prepared with comparable units in our area and a listing package which he explained in detail. He came up with the correct listing price to get it sold quickly. We listed on a Friday and had 3 showings over the weekend. On Monday we had 2 full price offers. He and his team were with us every step of the way. We’ve sold several homes and Tricoli Group is the most comprehensive and professional real estate company we’ve ever dealt with. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Wow! This was an amazingly seamless experience from start to finish. The Tricoli Team is the most impressive team of talented individuals we’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. The communication between the team and their clients is absolutely incredible. We met Chase our representative in the next evening after contacting them. Alyson the photographer had to actually wait for us to organize the house for the photos. And then Boom! The house was sold for our asking price. We performed some research prior to choosing a Real estate agency and saw the very good reviews of the Tricoli Team of Keller Williams Realty so we decided to go with them for the sale of our townhouse in Florida. Now that our townhouse is successfully sold, we can join the other satisfied clients who wrote a positive review about the Tricoli Team at Keller Williams Realty.
Our total selling experience with the Tricoli Team was completely positive. During our initial meeting, our representative, Chase, was prompt, polite and thorough in his explanation of our upcoming sales experience. Through an effective combination of verbal communication and visual aids shown to us on his tablet, we received a complete understanding of the steps to come for the sale of our townhouse.
Once our townhouse was listed, we received current updates from the Tricoli Team as to comments and questions from the many potential buyers who came to see our home. We listed our property with the Tricoli Team / Keller Williams Realty with Liz Bell being our listing agent. Within two days we had a cash offer. Within another two days we had an agreed offer accepted by the buyer and the seller.
With this offer they accepted our closing date of our choice that we requested.
We couldn’t be happier, everything went so smoothly and efficiently. Liz was great, she communicated all the way through till the closing.
After the closing we got a phone call from the broker / owner Jeff Tricoli making sure we were completely satisfied and taking care of. ( Who ever does that )

This is my second transaction with the Tricoli Team and I couldn't be happier. My first experience was in 2019 as a first time home buyer and in 2023 I used them them sell my home post-divorce.
Liz was my agent and I felt VERY confident in her expertise and guidance along the way. Even when we ran into snags along the way, such as a roofing permit issue, she was able to quickly advise and guide us through the process to fix the problem. I am so thankful for her skillset because my municipal had given me incorrect information that could have led to a 6 MONTH delay, had I not ran the advise past Liz and the Tricoli team first.

4.9 Stars. I would highly recommend the Tricoli Team. When I first listed my townhouse for sale. I interviewed eight realtors. Ryan from the Tricoli Team was my top choice for a while, and then I made a decision to go with another realtor… That was a mistake. The other realtor had my listing for 4 months, and they had maybe five or six showings the entire time. After that listing expired, I called Ryan back and I’m glad that I did it. The Tricoli team did a great job and I can see why they were able to get my house sold. The listing they created was superior, the follow up was always excellent… within the first couple of days in my listing, I had already had more showings then I had had for months with the other realtor and within a month I had a contract for my “happy number”. The only reason that they didn’t get that last 1/10 of a star is because a few members of their team were not always sharing information, and I had to repeat messages a couple of times to multiple people on the team. But otherwise it was an absolutely fantastic experience overall. Very professional very responsive.. and they got the job done

Being from out of town we did not know who to work with on selling a member of our family house who passed away. We decided on using the Tricoli team because of their many positive reviews. From the beginning of the process to the end they were instrumental in helping us with seven projects we needed to have done to the property. Each and every member of the team helped us in every aspect of selling the house. “Neil “ was simply outstanding. Without his involvement I do not think we would have met our goal. A great team member is hard to find! I do not think that there is a better Real Estate company is out there. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone else who is interested in selling a property. We listed on a Friday and was in contact by the following week! Closing was outstanding, smooth and without incident. You can only imagine my relief, now that it’s over. I can’t recommend them any higher or I would. We hired the Tricoli team to help sell our house. How main contact was the agent Brandy Brant who walked us through each of the steps. We were very fortunate because we had four showings on just one day, and the house was sold that particular day.
Brandy was always available to answer the phone and answer any questions that we had. The process required many different steps. After we signed the contract we had to make a list of the upgrades. The next step that we took was to have Brandy arrange for the photographer to take pictures of our house. Even though there were minor color corrections, the photographer quickly adjusted these for us. Of course, Brandy was there to negotiate this aspect. The photographs made the house look outstanding!
The next step in the process was to set up appointments to have potential buyers come by and see the house in person. Brandy arranged it so that the potential sellers would have a 15 minute period in which to view our house. The appointments were set up back to back which meant that it was not inconvenient. As mentioned before, we were very fortunate to have the house sold on that one day so we did not have any further viewings. Again, Brandy arranged to negotiate a price higher than our list price. Needless to say, that made us very happy.
After this came the inspection of the house. This took three hours. He looked at every area. Negotiations followed this step. Fortunately they were only a few items that needed to be corrected. We also tried to sell the furniture that we currently had in the house to the new owners. Unfortunately, they had their own items and didn’t wish to buy anything. We did leave items in the garage such as a ladder, shelving, etc.
After the inspection came the walk-through. Brandy arranged to have one of the agents come by and get the key from us so that it was accessible to the new potential owners. This part went fairly smoothly again, thanks to Brandy.
Brandy was in tremendous asset in our house sale!

Finding the right realtor when I decided to sell my Villa which I owned for over thirty years, was not an easy decision. I spoke with many local realtor but I did not feel comfortable with them because they didn’t want to list the property at the price that I wanted. I cannot thank Liz, Brandi, and the Tricoli Team enough for all of their assistance in selling my home in Palm Springs. This was an emotional sale for me and they helped me through out the entire process. Not once did I feel alone while working with them. This was my second experience working with the Tricoli Team on the sale of a home. Our realtor Chase was top notch! He and the team did an amazing job with our listing from the fantastic description of the home to the beautiful photos which drew in the buyers. The scheduling system they use for showings was user friendly and very convenient. I was concerned helping sell my grandmothers home from so far away would be a difficult task but they made it a breeze. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. Excellent communication via email, phone calls and text due to my hectic schedule. I got to work with several members of the team through each step of the way and they were all so pleasant and informative. Chase even made it possible for my grandmother to move out prior to closing. That helped tremendously with her transition and allowing me to be present for the closing as well. The entire team was so accommodating and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I had a great experience with the Tricoli Team and I'm happy to recommend them! In the beginning of the selling process, they met with us and walked us through what to expect, which, at times, gave me some anxiety, since we weren't local. After the closing, they reached out to review what went well, and inquired whether there were any opportunities to improve their process.
The team kept the lines of communication open, so we were informed about what was happening at each stage. Even when outside factors caused parts of the process not to go according to my plan, they set realistic expectations and helped guide us through what typically happens in similar situations.

Our agent Chase was great to work with. He was well prepared when we initially met to set the price and had a good sense of the local market. Our house sold quickly but Chase was very flexible in working with our needs and also assisting they Buyer, since the Buyer did not have a buying Agent. The entire Tricoli team was great to work with. Very professional and very responsive. The MLS listing they prepared was fantastic and really did a great job of selling our property. Everything about The Tricoli Team is professional and organized - from the photo shoot of our home to the thorough and efficient title company they suggested. It all worked smoothly. We were provided with plenty of notice for showings and prompt feedback. Someone from the team was always available for questions or concerns. During contract negotiations, Ryan Garcia, did an excellent job - netting us what we had hoped despite a cool down in the market. As an added bonus, they have an office in Georgia as well. Since we were moving to that area, we decided to give them a try, which worked out great. We are pleased to recommend the Tricoli Team and will definitely use them again should we return to Florida.

I usually don't write reviews or recommendations, but I had to for this company. Jeff and his team were fantastic guiding us through this process. We made an appointment with Liz who explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We hired her on the spot. With having some limitations on showings due to medical reasons, the team was very caring and understanding and worked with our schedule. The photographer took beautiful pictures. Other team members were in constant contact with us, updating us, checking if we had any concerns and to see how we were. It was a great feeling. The house sold in 3 days for more than listing. We were very happy. The team is very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. They make you feel that you're not just a number or a sale. We will be using them for the sale of our other house in the near future

We had the exceptional pleasure of working with our and Allison from the Tricoli team. Mr. Allison was always professional and guided us professionally throughout the process of selling our dad’s condo. The communication was important to us since we live in New Jersey and the property is in Florida. I was selling this Florida home for my family as a trustee from out of state, so I needed a full-service realtor. I originally contacted Jeff on a recommendation from a Florida friend who had worked with Jeff before. Jeff and team were very professional with good communications. Jeff handled the original discussions, signing of the contract, and marketing the home, while Courtney handled much of the actual details during the showings, buyer negotiations, and closing. Jeff was in close contact with Courtney throughout the entire process. The home was well marketed and had more showings than expected, including from out-of-state perspectives. Jeff also helped with recommending contractors for last minute cleanup and repairs, and recommended a title company that worked out well. The end result was very good with competing bids and a sale at more than asking price. Problems were minimal and issues were addressed quickly. I would definitely use Jeff and team again.
