In the center of the community, there is a 4,000-foot lighted runway that all Aero Club residents have access to. In addition to the runway, there is a refueling facility where aviation gas is available.
Runway, Taxi-Way, and Tie-Down Homesites
The one-acre homesites feature luxurious custom built estate homes. Runway, taxi-way, and tie-down homesites are all available. There are also homes that offer their own private hangar.
The Clubhouse
All Aero Club residents have access to the community clubhouse which features billiards, a fully equipped kitchen, and a game room. Mingle with the other residents and enjoy evening socials, holiday parties, and more. The clubhouse is also available to rent out for private parties.
What’s Nearby?
Owning an airplane is not a requirement to live in Wellington Aero Club. There are many other advantages to living in this gorgeous neighborhood including easy access to miles of beaches and some of the best fishing spots in the world. There are lots of golf courses nearby as well as the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.
Construction began in the mid-1980’s but there are still vacant lots available and some brand new custom estate homes are being built currently. There are only two entrances into the community, so you and your family can feel secure and comfortable when you are at home or away.
