They have cabanas that flank the east and west sides of the pools to protect residents from the sun’s rays.

The newly expanded cafe offers breakfast and lunch that can be eaten in the courtyard or can be purchased for take-out. Each resident receives a yearly credit from the HOA fees to use at the cafe. In the exercise studio, residents can take classes such as yoga, Zumba, aerobics, and more.
