Four Different Floor Plans
The neighborhood features 112 homes with four different floor-plans to choose from. Mayfair is divided into two series – The Coach Series and The Carriage Series. The Coach Series is the larger of the two and the homes range from 1,700 square feet to 2,000 square feet. You can expect two to three bedrooms and two car garages. The Carriage Series is slightly smaller with an average square footage between 1,500 and 1,900, with a one car garage. All the floor plans were designed with functionality and convenience in mind. They have low-maintenance yards and gorgeous, screened-in patios on the back. Each unit has hurricane-impact windows and shutters. Almost every home in the community has a view of Lake Wellington.

Mayfair has awesome amenities for those looking for an active lifestyle. There is a clubhouse, card room, fitness center, swimming pool with sundeck, media room, and walking paths. At the center of the neighborhood, there is a large pond that is surrounded by a walkway. There is a monthly book club, exercise classes, a neighborhood watch, and a social committee that organizes events such as concerts, block parties, and holiday gatherings.
Condo associate dues are $975 a quarter and include building insurance, lawn maintenance, exterior pressure washing, painting, cable, alarm service, and pest control.

There is really no need for a car if you live in Mayfair on Lake Wellington. A shopping plaza that has multiple restaurants, shops, offices, and a Publix, is just walking distance away. The Village of Wellington is even closer and is home to an amphitheater, Aquatics Complex, community center, parks, tennis courts, athletics complex, skate parks, and more.
