Sugar Pond Manor is located in Wellington, Florida, and is considered to be one of Wellington’s first planned communities. Building started in the 1980’s and continued through the 2000’s. There is no HOA, so there is no monthly payment, however, the Wellington officials make sure that the homes maintain regulations set in place to keep the neighborhood a gorgeous and safe place to live.
Schools, Shopping, and Entertainment
Sugar Pond Manor residents can enjoy being just minutes away from golf courses, the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, schools, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The newly renovated Palm Beach International Equestrian Center is home to the Winter Equestrian Festival, the Global Dressage Festival, as well as other well known Equestrian events.
The community of Sugar Pond Manor is so large that there are several public schools that are included. Binks Forest Elementary, New Horizons Elementary, Wellington Elementary, Wellington Landings Middle School, and Wellington High School all accept students from the neighborhood. The schools are part of the A-rated Palm Beach County School District. There are also plenty of private schools nearby.
The Village of Wellington
Though Sugar Pond Manor does not have a neighborhood pool, it is just minutes away from the Wellington Aquatics Complex. The Wellington Aquatics Complex consists of a state of the art Olympic size pool that includes electronic touch pads connecting to a scoreboard. The complex also features a 10,000 square foot building with administrative offices, concession stands, showers, restrooms, lockers, and classrooms.
