The Manors and The Estates
Victoria Grove is made up of 616 homes that were built by Transeastern Homes between 2002 and 2005. There are two different collections named The Manors and The Estates. There are eight different floor plans in The Estates collection with square footage around 1,900 to 3,300 square feet. The Manors collection is a little smaller with six different floor plans and square footage ranging from 1,500 to 2,400 square feet.
Homes in Victoria Grove sit on large lots with two to three car garages. You can expect to see open kitchens, large family rooms, master suites, and between two and five bedrooms.
